Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 United States.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free US shipping on orders over $100 or flat rate US shipping of $6.
When can I expect to receive my purchase?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack and ship your order, followed by 3-4 business days for delivery. All orders are hand packed and shipped from our studio in Los Angeles, California via USPS standard shipping.
How do pre-orders work?
Our Summer Collection is available in limited quantities and is offered on a pre-order basis while production is completed. Orders are currently expected to begin shipping on July 14, 2026.
Please note that fulfillment timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays. If your order is affected by any significant changes, we will notify you via email.
Pre-ordering guarantees your piece from this limited release before inventory becomes available to the public.
How do I check the status of my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Where are your orders shipped from?
Every order is hand packed with love from our studio in Los Angeles, CA.
What materials are your jewelry made from?
Our jewelry is crafted from sterling silver-plated palladium and brass with a protective e-coating, making it waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and built for daily wear. All pieces are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and cadmium-free, making them safe and comfortable for even the most sensitive skin.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on full-price items. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Please note that discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, email us at hello@shopzoila.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the next steps.
In the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@shopzoila.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Where is Zoila jewelry made?
All of our pieces are designed in Los Angeles by our founder, Cambria Foden, and produced by our trusted manufacturing partners in Asia.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your Zoila jewelry looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to sweat and chemicals. After wearing, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store in a dry, protected place to maintain the brilliant silver finish.
What is Shop Pay and how does it work?
Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase into 4 equal, interest-free installments with no fees, making it easy to get the pieces you love now and pay over time.
