Where is Zoila jewelry made?
All of our pieces are designed in Los Angeles by our founder, Cambria, and produced by our manufacturing partners in Asia.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 United States.
When can I expect to receive my purchase?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to pack and ship your order and 5 business days for delivery. We use standard domestic UPS shipping and all orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order. You’ll receive another email with tracking information once we’ve shipped out your order.
How much does shipping cost?
US domestic shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 per order. Free shipping is applied for order of $200 or more.
Where are your orders shipped from?
We hand pack every order with love from our studio is Los Angeles, CA.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes! If you are a retailer looking to purchase our jewelry for your store, please email us at hello@shopzoila.com.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To preserve the beauty of your Zoila jewelry, avoid water, sweat, and chemicals. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear and store in a dry, protected place to keep your silver finish shining.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns at this time. In the rare occasion that your order gets damaged during shipment, or if you receive the incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order: hello@shopzoila.com with the subject line “Damage”. Please include photos of the damage in the body of the email, along with your order number, and we will replace the product for you right away.
What is ShopPay and how does it work?
ShopPay is a feature that allows you to split your purchase into 4 equal installments over time, with no interest and no fees.
