What materials are your jewelry made from?
Every Zoila piece is thoughtfully constructed using premium materials chosen for both beauty and longevity. Our jewelry features a brass base finished with a palladium barrier layer, 1 micron of sterling silver plating, and a protective e-coating to help slow tarnishing and maintain its shine through everyday wear.

Depending on the design, pieces may also feature high-quality glass beads and other carefully selected materials that complement the collection while meeting our standards for durability and finish.

All of our jewelry is nickel-free, cadmium-free, and hypoallergenic, making it comfortable for most sensitive skin.

Is your jewelry really waterproof?
Yes. The protective e-coating seals the silver, so water will not ruin your pieces. Rain, sweat, washing your hands, a shower — none of it is a problem, and you do not need to think about it.

What we do ask you to avoid is chlorine, salt water, and household chemicals. Those are harsh on any plated jewelry, including ours, and they wear the finish faster than water ever will. So swimming pools and the ocean are the two places to take your pieces off.

Can I wear my jewelry everyday?
Yes. Every Zoila piece is designed for everyday wear and made to become part of your regular rotation. Put it on in the morning and leave it on. We only recommend removing your jewelry before swimming in a pool or the ocean, and applying perfume before you put your pieces on rather than after.

Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our jewelry is finished with a premium plating system and protective e-coating designed to help slow tarnishing and preserve its shine. Like all plated jewelry, some natural wear over time is normal, but proper care will help your pieces look beautiful for years to come.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry is made to be worn often, and a little simple care will help preserve its beauty over time. Keep your pieces away from chlorine, salt water, and harsh chemicals, and apply perfume and lotion before putting them on. After wearing, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store your jewelry in a dry place when not in use. With proper care, the protective finish will help maintain your jewelry's shine for years to come.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States, including all 50 states. We're excited to expand to more destinations in the future.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum, no threshold.

When can I expect to receive my purchase?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, standard U.S. shipping generally takes an additional 3–4 business days. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our Los Angeles studio, and you'll receive tracking information as soon as it leaves our hands.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as it ships, we'll send a second email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey every step of the way. If you have any questions in the meantime, we're always happy to help.

Where are your orders shipped from?
Every Zoila order is carefully packed and shipped from our Los Angeles studio. We take the same thoughtful approach to packaging as we do to designing our jewelry, so your order arrives ready to wear or gift.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. Sign in to your account, open your order, and choose request a return, or email us at hello@shopzoila.com. We'll send you a prepaid label within one business day. A $6 return shipping fee comes off your refund, which covers the label and re-stocking.

Pieces need to come back unworn and in their original packaging. Items marked "final sale" are not returnable.

If your order arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong piece, email us at hello@shopzoila.com within 30 days and we'll make it right. No shipping cost, no $6.

Where is Zoila jewelry made?
Every Zoila piece is designed in Los Angeles by our founder, Cambria. We partner with a carefully selected manufacturer in Asia that specializes in high-quality jewelry production and shares our commitment to craftsmanship, quality materials, and thoughtful construction. Each design is developed in close collaboration to ensure it meets our standards before becoming part of the collection.

What is Shop Pay and how does it work?
