What is ShopPay and how does it work?
ShopPay is a super cool feature that allows you to split your purchase into 4 equal installments with no interest and no fees! 

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order. You’ll receive another email with tracking  information once we’ve shipped out your order. 

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 United States.

When can I expect to receive my purchase?
We are a very small team! Please allow 1-4 business days for us to pack and ship your order and 5-7 business days for delivery. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following business day. We use standard domestic USPS shipping and all orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. 

Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes! If you are a retailer looking to purchase our hats for your store, please email us at  hello@shopzoila.com with the subject line “Wholesale”.

When can I expect to receive my pre-order?
We are currently accepting pre-orders on our site for our first products and will update you on shipping timing via email once you place your order. Estimated time to receive your order is about 3-6 weeks.

How are Zoila hats made?
Zoila hats are designed in Los Angeles by the brand’s Creative Director + Founder, Cambria Foden, and are handmade by female artisans in Ecuador from start to finish. Learn more here

What are Zoila hats made out of?
We use local and sustainably sourced straw, indigenous to Ecuador’s landscape, and work directly with artisans to produce ethical products. Learn more here

What does the name Zoila mean?
Zoila, pronounced ZOY-la, is the name of the beautiful grandmother we have the privilege of working with in Ecuador. Zoila, her name meaning life, is the heart and soul of our brand! Our hats are born from her beautiful weaving technique - a tradition passed down in Ecuador from mother to daughter for generations. Learn more here!

How do I make a return?
For all returns, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@shopzoila.com with the subject line “Return”. You are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipment to our office in Los Angeles, California. Please use the original shipment packaging and all included items in your return. 

What if my order is damaged upon arrival?
In the rare occasion that your order gets damaged during shipment, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@shopzoila.com with the subject line “Damages”. Please include photos of the damage in the body of the email and we will replace the product for you.
