What is ShopPay and how does it work?
ShopPay is a super cool feature that allows you to split your purchase into 4 equal installments over time, with no interest and no fees! 

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order. You’ll receive another email with tracking  information once we’ve shipped out your order. 

When can I expect to receive my purchase?
We are a very small team! Please allow 1-4 business days for us to pack and ship your order and 5 business days for delivery. We use standard domestic UPS shipping and all orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. 

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 United States.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes! If you are a retailer looking to purchase our hats for your store, please email us at hello@shopzoila.com.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
We accept returns for store credit on all full-priced items with in 14 days of receiving your purchase, providing that the product is unworn and in the original condition with tags attached. Simply visit our returns portal to schedule your return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All items purchased on sale are final sale and we do not offer exchanges at this time. 

How are Zoila hats made?
Zoila hats are designed in Los Angeles by the brand’s Founder and Creative Director, Cambria Foden, and are 100% handmade from start to finish by female artisans in Ecuador. Learn more here

What are Zoila hats made out of?
We use local, renewable, and sustainably-sourced toquilla straw that is indigenous to Ecuador’s landscape, and work directly with artisans to produce ethical products. Learn more here

What does the name Zoila mean?
Zoila, pronounced "zoy-la" and meaning "life," is the name of the beautiful grandmother we had the privilege of knowing in Ecuador, who's traditional hat weaving techniques inspired our line products. We are proud to support the traditional weaving techniques of female artisans in Ecuador that have been passed down from mother to daughter for generations. Learn more here!

How do I care for my cowboy hat? 
All of our cowboy hats are hand-dyed and woven by hand, making each hat completely unique. Slight variations in color and texture from hat to hat are part of their charm. Natural fading and aging of the color is expected. Store in a safe dry place. D
o not get your cowboy hat wet or squash it down - it can lose its shape. You may conveniently shape the brim of the cowboy hat to your liking due to the wire framing in the brim!

How do I make a return?

What if my order is damaged upon arrival?
In the rare occasion that your order gets damaged during shipment, or if you receive the incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@shopzoila.com with the subject line “DAMAGE”. Please include photos of the damage in the body of the email and we will replace the product for you.
